(IsraelNN.com) Arabs hurled stones at an Israeli vehicle driving west of Bethlehem on Saturday night. Although damage was caused to the vehicle no injuries were reported.

French Consul Tours S. Petersburg Synagogue

To help kick off a year of cross-cultural exchange between France and Russia, Michel Aubry, the French Consul General in S. Petersburg, toured the city’s Great Choral Synagogue. Mark Grubarg, chairman of the local Jewish community, took the diplomat through the historic structure while they discussed ways to strengthen ties between the two countries.

Arab MK Goes Wild In TV Studio

In the Knesset, Arab MKs are known for their wild antics. However, this reached peak proportions on Thursday evening, during a program on Israeli television.

During a demonstration showing solidarity with the residents of the Gaza Strip, MK Jamal Zahlaka said, with regard to Defense Minister Ehud Barak, “He loves classical music and killing children in Gaza.”

On Thursday evening, he was interviewed on the Erev Chadash news program and tried to explain his sentence. In the end, he was thrown out of the studio after shouting rude, personal remarks at his interviewer, calling him “impudent” and a “gutter journalist.” The interviewer reacted to some of his comments, and Zahlaka was even heard shouting at him from the back of the studio once he was no longer seen in front of the cameras.
