The Rebbe's answer to Siyum Hashas in Montreal

In 5728, 1968, Rabbis Peretz Mochkin, Moshe Eliyahu Gerlitzky and Avrohom Karp sent a letter to the Rebbe in which they inform the Rebbe that as a result of the publicity around the Siyum Daf Hayomi in 5728 (1968), a Shiur in Daf Hayomi was started in Lubavitch of Montreal.

In paragraph 5 they write that they are going to finish Shas for the first time in Tammuz, so the question is should we make a big public Siyum for the entire city?

The Rebbe's answer is one word: 'Keposhut' (Obviously)
