IDF says no to Yechi and Na, Nach... Yarmulkas

The head of the disciplinary section of the manpower division of the army, Lieut. Col. Oren Avraham, has distributed a leaflet among the soldiers and officers of the IDF giving the details of military dress codes and recent changes introduced by manpower's head, Gen. Orna Barvivai.

From now on, any kippah with any kind of slogan, including "Yechi," will be banned. However, a kippah of any size or color may be worn. Lieut. Col. Avraham explained that, "discipline is very important for ensuring the army's effective functioning and it is an essential condition for the complete fulfillment of its missions."
