Youth Seminar awakens ‘Jewish pride’

A five day Youth Seminar for the youngsters of Samara, Saratov, Orenburg, Ulyanovsk, and Togliatti turned into an experience of a lifetime for over 30 students who gathered together to learn and enjoy.

The combination of deep and inspiring lectures, interactive games, sports, a warm and cozy atmosphere and the extremely comfortable living conditions – made the Seminar weekend into an unforgettable experience for these youngsters, for many of whom this is their first connection with the Jewish community.

“I always knew I was Jewish,” said Tanya who participated in the Seminar, “but after these few days I really regret that I never had Jewish friends. It’s great to feel so at home, and amongst your very own, as one big happy family where everyone really cares for each other.”
