The magazine you desire to publish is worthwhile and can be a great help to people. However, to begin with a staff of eight people isn’t necessary and cost effective in America’s current economy. Start with a minimum staff and after seeing the results of the first magazine publication you’ll consider expansion. Regarding the magazine proposal you’ll send to supporters, add, on a separate sheet, a synopsis of the project.
