It’s now customary that instead of asking me questions face-to-face during Yechidus, one writes their questions in a letter. Regarding desiring to see me, which would be the case if you had Yechidus, it’s enough that you see me on my way to or returning from Tfila, prayer. After I receive your letter I’ll mention you for a blessing at the Tzion.

Rabbi Dalfin: The Rebbe would go from his room in “770” to the Beis Midrash-shul near his room. One was able to wait in the hallway and observe him while he walked from one room to the other.
