The main attractions in a yeshiva are the roshei yeshivos, mashpiim and administration. If the students see they truly care for them, they’ll desire staying in the yeshiva. If they see otherwise they’ll leave the yeshiva. Therefore since you write that you are loosing students, it’s your responsibility to make improvements in yourselves.
