A woman was considering moving from Crown Heights to Eretz Yisrael. She asked the Rebbe about selling her house. The sale price would be very low because it was just after most Jews vacated Crown Heights in the early 1970’s. The Rebbe responded since some say the Crown Heights real estate prices will go up, it’s not worthwhile to sell now.
