The Rebbe's Advice #1001 - Supporter who Reneges his Pledge

Have his friends talk with him about making good on his pledge to build a Chabad House and mikva. Especially that now it’s the month of Elul, the Ten days of Repentance, and family purity is a fundamental issue for Jewish people. Also tell him that based on his commitment they started building the mikva.
