The Picture Tells the Story

When Reb Moshe Ederey visited the Western Wall today and asked a tourist to put on tefillin, the tourist only agreed to do so if Reb Moshe would allow him to take his picture.

Of course, Reb Moshe agreed to the deal. The tourist put on tefillin and Reb Moshe posed for the picture, as seen here.
