SHMAIS.com has learned that Rabbi & Mrs. Heshy & Shiffy Dubrowski will IYH be moving on Shlichus to Tampa, FL where Heshy will serve as Youth Director and Assistant Rabbi @ Chabad Lubavitch of Tampa Bay and Shiffy will be Director of the Chabad Hebrew School.

The new Shluchim were appointed by Rabbi Yosef Dubrowski, Director, Chabad Lubavitch of Tampa Bay.
