Raising the Morale of the Soldiers in Kiryat Gat

On Tisha b'Av afternoon, Chabad volunteers from Kiryat Gat, led by shliach Rabbi Shlomo Boutboul, ran a range of activities at local army bases.

These activities included putting on tefillin, giving out material about the Beis Hamikdash, and doing mivtza tzedakah. At the southern base of the Border Police, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Ezagui gave a shiur on Geula and Moshiach that inspired the officers and the soldiers to take on more mitzvahs and good deeds and increase their faith in the coming of Moshiach.
