Ohr Simcha Celebrates the Conclusion of Another Successful Year

As the academic year drew to a close, Ohr Simcha in Kfar Chabad held a ceremony to mark the occasion in the hall of the town’s Talmud Torah.

Among those present were the children, their parents, staff members, and the house parents who have given so much time and effort to the students throughout their time at the dormitory school.

During the ceremony, everyone watched a special video about life at Ohr Simcha, complete with pictures and music and a song composed by Michal Trabelsi who served as a house mother in one of the residential apartments at the school.

Speakers included vice director Rabbi Yosef Yitzchok Klein, dormitory director Rabbi Peretz Friedman, principal Tova Oppenheimer, and Mrs. Rivka Rivkin, director of the Lod Valley Area Council’s education department. The parents thanked the staff, led by principal Rabbi Ze’ev Slavin, for putting so much work into their children’s welfare.
