NEW SHLUCHIM TO CALIFORNIA

Rabbi & Mrs. Eliyahu & Mushkie Cowen have just moved to Arcata, CA where they are opening a new Chabad House @ Humboldt State University, serving the needs of the Jewish students and faculty.

The new Shluchim were appointed by California's Head Shliach, Rabbi Shlomo  Cunin
