Last Sunday, a ceremony was held marking the opening of a new computer room at the Chabad school in Netivot.

The computer room was donated by the management of the Children’s Album, which organized a competition between various schools and Talmudei Torah last winter.

As part of the opening ceremony, educator Rabbi Naftali Roth was invited to speak to the schoolchildren about Shavuos. Rabbi Roth was very impressed by the students’ level of knowledge and the way that the competition had been run.

The Chabad school in Netivot has around 300 students who come from the entire southern region and enjoy a range of learning experiences under the supervision of principal Mrs. Malka and the director of Chabad institutions Rabbi Yashar Edrei.

Afterwards the computer room was officially dedicated, and the participants wished the school administration every success in the future.
