Lechaim With the New Religious Council Leader

A group of Chabad Chassidim met yesterday with the newly elected leader of the Rishon Letzion Religious Council Allon Malichi.

Present were the leader of the Chabad community Rabbi Mordechai Tzvi Dubravsky, Rabbi Yitzchok Meir Sosover, gabbai Rabbi Avraham Solomon, Rabbi Mendy Dubravsky, director of the Mishkan Menachem kollel, and Sharon Goshen.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Malichi gave a broad survey of the activities of the Religious Council, as well as its planned programs, the development of local shuls, shiurim, and more.

Rabbi Dubravsky gave a summary of Chabad in Rishon Letzion, including the activities of the local shluchim and what the community needs. Rabbi Solomon spoke about the Chabad shul, of which he is the gabbai and is one of the most active shuls in Rishon Letzion.

Everyone made a lechaim and wished the new leader much success in his new position. Mr. Malichi promised to help Chabad with everything that it needs.
