Kiryat Gat Rabbis Launch Kupat Ha’Ir

The Rabbis of Kiryat Gat gathered for a special evening at the Chabad shul Ohel Menachem to raise funds for a fund to help low-income families in the city.

Local Chief Rabbi Moshe Havlin spoke about the importance of tzedaka and how all of the city’s residents should help, in accordance with the teachings of the Rambam. During the evening, funds were raised to provide food parcels, coupons, and other assistance for local families who will need it for the chaggim.
