Chabad Families Buy Homes in Charish

Over the past few weeks, Chabad families have been registering to purchase properties in the new chareidi city of Charish. The new neighborhood will also include room for shuls and schools.

Charish is about forty minutes away from Tel Aviv, and around 2,000 classrooms and 450 shuls are scheduled to be built there. The Agudas Chassidei Chabad project is being organized in conjunction with Vaad Hadiyur Hameuchad, an organization representing thousands of purchasers.

Tonight (Motzoei Shabbos), a meeting was held in Kfar Chabad to discuss the project. Prices are to be announced, and people will soon be able to register to buy their new homes.
