Bringing a Sefer Torah to Beersheva

A week after the new Chabad House building in central Beersheva was completed, a sefer Torah was brought into it by donor Michael Mirilashvili in the memory of his late father Moshe Mirilashvili.

Many guests came to pay their respects and to see the new Chabad House, which is run by Rabbi Zalman Garelik, and they were surprised to see how many activities are already taking place in the building. After the final letters were written in the building’s functions hall, everyone danced the traditional hakafos with the sefer Torah, together with Amiran Dvir and Yishai Lapidot.
