A Special Win @ the 3 Tammuz Farbrengen

In honor of Gimmel Tammuz, a very special farbrengen was held at the Chabad House in the yishuv of Chashmonayim, attended by the local Chief Rabbi and the leader of the Sephardic community.

Both Rabbis spoke about the Rebbe’s work for the Jewish nation and how the Rebbe’s concern for others is an important personal example. During the evening, videos of the Rebbe were shown on a large screen.

Many local residents were given the opportunity to share their memories of the Rebbe and how Chabad changed their lives. At the end of the evening, there was a raffle for a dollar of the Rebbe, which local shliach Rabbi Barak Cochavi had received from the Rebbe many years ago.

The winner was Moshe Laloum, who was very happy and said that he and his wife had been praying the whole evening that they would win the dollar. Baruch Hashem, their prayers were answered. …
