A new Sefer Torah in time for Kabolas HaTorah

Hundreds of members of the Chabad community in Rishon Letzion and the surrounding area celebrated a hachnosas sefer Torah Wednsday.

Present at this event were hundreds of public figures, and friends and relatives of the Lipsker family, who organized the hachnosas sefer Torah. The sefer Torah was written in memory of the late Rabbi Yisrael Lipsker, who passed away exactly a year ago, and it was donated to the shul of the Ohr Malka Talmud Torah. After all of the dancing and celebrations, everyone sat down to a seudas mitzvah.
