Crown Heights business currently has an opening for a Secretary/Office Assistant that will have the following responsibilities:
1) Answering phones
2) Entering service calls
3) Assisting executives
4) Handle projects in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Adobe Illustrator
5) Communicate with customers
6) Typing, data entry
Requirements: · Possess superior work ethics, polite demeanor, is well-organized, self-motivated and able to multitask. · Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook; Internet savvy is a MUST. · Experience with Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. · Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a plus. · Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, filing, scheduling, & managing database systems. · Working knowledge of spreadsheet creation and maintenance is essential. · Must be tech-savvy and have the ability to learn new software quickly.
