Big Change Coming to The Smetana Group

I am writing today to let you in on a big change that is coming to The Smetana Group. 

As you know, we have been proudly serving shluchim for over a decade, and are passionate about helping shluchim through increasing accountability.

For the last number of years, we have been dedicating ourselves to expanding our knowledge in specialized areas that commonly affect shluchim, such as cash flow, budgeting, and shlichus-specific applications such as CMS, Chabad One CRM, and Chabadforce connectors.

To that end, I am excited to announce to you that we are launching a new company to mark our dedication to exclusively serve and support shluchim.

Our new company name is:

Much like the fifth night of Chanukah is the first time that there is more light than darkness on the menorah, Fifth Light Advisors will strive to shed more light and insight on your organization’s overall financial situation. The fifth light also symbolizes progression and growth, and it is the night we traditionally give Chanukah gelt. Fifth Light Advisors will partner with shluchim to grow and expand their shlichus and fundraising efforts. 

Our new mission statement is: To empower shluchim through complete and transparent books.

Our goal is to ensure you have all the real-time data that you need to confidently walk into your board meeting and answer key budgetary questions. 

By focusing our energies exclusively on shluchim, we aim to increase our expertise on matters that specifically pertain to shluchim and enhance their financial wellbeing.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
We do intend to continue with all existing service plans, and to simultaneously expand and improve the services we are providing. We hope to continue providing the same consistent and professional service you’ve been experiencing until now. 

Changes you will start noticing over the next month or so:

• As of July 1, 2021, your payments will show up under our new company name.
• We will start using our new domain email addresses, and slowly phase out thesmetanagroup.com.
• We will slowly roll out updated contracts, just to keep everything on the up and up, legally.
