Text ads have also proven very effective for people looking to rent their apartment, advertise a special sale or program

The ad is placed on the homepage of SHMAIS.com. Text ads should be limited to 75 words or less.

The price is $50 for 1 day and $85 for 2 days*.

The price for Shluchim looking to fill positions at their Chabad House or Moisad
is $35 per day with a maximum of 2 days.

The price for an ad to sell a house is $100 for 1 day and $150 for 2 days.

*A text ad can run for a maximum of 2 days. Should you wish to advertise for multiple days you would need to take a break of at least 2 days before running the ad again.

—BANNER ADS

The most popular option for businesses  is a banner ad.

Banner ads must run for a minimum of 1 month. 

Your banner ads can be placed on either of 3 rotations*. 1) Side rotation 2) Top row rotation  3) Long banner rotation.

Specifications for the banners are as follows: side and top rotation banners must be 120 pixels wide x 90 pixels high and cannot exceed 15 kb. Long banners must be 395 pixels wide by 80 pixels high and cannot exceed 15kb.

Your banner can be designed as an Animated Gif, Flash or JPEG formats and can then be emailed to us @ shmais@aol.com.

Prices for the side rotation are $250 a month while the top and long banner rotations are $350 a month.

* All our banners work on a rotation basis so that your banner ad, as well as the banners of our other advertisers will be all be displayed equally at no less than 50% of the time that a reader logs on to SHMAIS.com.

“The Blue Space,” located just above the beginning of the news is designed for individuals or businesses who are looking for maximum exposure in a short period of time.

Available on a weekly basis for $250, the blue space offers the opportunity for an advertiser to get his message across while having the advantage of staying locked in the position for a full week.

The blue space is limited to a title and 60 words or less of text. If you choose to include a thumbnail photo with your ad you are limited to 50 words of text.
